Legal:

Jacqueline J. Warner, Esq. is a seasoned attorney at the national law firm of Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP.  For the past twenty (20) years Ms. Warner has provided expert legal advice to the business community in the areas of corporate law, securities, real estate, estate planning, estate administration and raising capital via private offerings.  She has also facilitated a wide array of contract negotiations for her clients..

Attorney Warner is the author and publisher of “The Mini Legal Toolbox for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners”. The book addresses and simplifies a number of legal-related topics entrepreneurs and owners need to know to insure the success of their business. As a public speaker, Jackie regularly conducts seminars/workshops designed to help entrepreneurs and owners reach their full potential. She has appeared on TV and radio talk shows discussing a variety of legal topics and has written numerous legal articles for various business-related publications.

Brand Development & Marketing:

P. Sincere Thompson, President - FrontLine Marketing, Inc. Originally a marketing and promotions pioneer in the music industry, Sincere has pursued his entrepreneurial passion and parlayed his talent for building entertainment brands into Frontline Marketing and Promotion (1996). Today FrontLine is a full service lifestyle marketing agency serving such diverse clients as Microsoft, Pernod Ricard, DefJam Records, Cover Girl Cosmetics and more.

Christine Sainato, Vice President – Creative Vision Group, Inc. Christine is a seasoned professional with a passion for all things in the marketing and communications field. Over the past eight years, Christine worked at various agencies in NY and NJ.  In 2001 her career transitioned from traditional account management in the film industry to owning her own agency - The Splinter Group (TSG). TSG offers multiple marketing disciplines including strategic planning, branding (corporate and product identities), advertising, direct mail campaigns, web design and more.

Business Development:

Cheryl D. Broussard is an award-winning author, Washington Post best-selling author, magazine and online columnist, writer/producer, motivational speaker and one of America’s leading experts on business and personal finance.  She is a former personal financial adviser to CNNFN, CNN & Co. and CBS Market Watch; and hosted "Mind Your Money" - a radio talk show sponsored by Bank of America.

Ms. Broussard is a contributing editor to several major magazines; and herself has been featured in many major publications including USA Today, Entrepreneur, Upscale, and Essence magazines. She is the resident personal financial advisor on the nationally syndicated Michael Baisden radio show. And has lectured widely throughout the United States and abroad; addressing audiences of up to 10,000 people.
