What is e-ARN?
The Electric Accounts Receivable Network (e-ARN) is our web-based e-payment solution that allows you to receive payments directly from your clients or send payments directly to your suppliers and creditors...via their bank account. All payments are securely processed via the Automated Clearing House (ACH).

What are ACH payments?
In short, ACH is an electronic payment alternative to credit cards and paper checks. The Automated Clearing House (ACH) network is the same safe, secure, and reliable system used by hundreds of thousands of companies and banks for processing direct deposit payroll, loans, mortgages, utility bills, insurance premiums and more. It is also used by the Federal government to make benefit, unemployment and social security payments.

Are e-ARN transactions secured?
Yes… Transactions are processed via the Automated Clearing House (ACH)…the same safe, secure, and reliable system used by hundreds of thousands of companies, banks and the government to process millions of transactions annually.

What kind of software or equipment do I need?
No specialized hardware or software is required. All you need is a computer, PDA or cellphone with an Internet connection.

Are there any hidden costs?

Are there any minimum or maximum transaction dollar amounts?

How long will it take to receive our payments after the payee's account is debited?
The funds will be released one (1) business day after the effective date of the transaction.

Are there any charge-backs?
No. Once cleared…transactions are treated as cash. Customers cannot get a refund without your approval.

Do my clients need to sign an authorization form?
Yes. Your clients will be required to sign an e-ARN ACH Authorization Form.

Do my clients need to provide a VOID check with each authorization form?
Yes...one-time only account verification.  Upon enrollment your clients will be required to submit a copy of a VOID Check from the account they want their ACH payments drafted.
