SpiritPay FAQs


What is SpiritPay?
SpiritPay is a web-based payment solution consisting of a series of private networks designed exclusively for Faith-based Organizations (FBO).  Members of the FBO can enroll in the network to make purchases, pay bills and send/receive funds electronically via their personal “e-Accounts”…all for a fraction of the cost of traditional payment services.

What is a Master Funding Account (MFA)?
A MFA is a special Admin account issued to the network Sponsor/FBO. All Member sub-Admin Accounts are linked to the MFA.

What is an e-Account?
An e-Account (also known as a digital wallet) is a virtual payment account linked to the Member’st sub-Admin Account. Members can load funds into their e-Accounts then make purchases and pay bills to registered vendors and/or transfer funds to other Members…both domestically and abroad.

Are SpiritPay transactions secured?
Yes… All transactions are securely processed via the OTC G7000 System…the same safe, secure, and reliable system used by hundreds of thousands of companies and individuals to process millions of stock trading transactions annually.

What kind of software or equipment do I need?
No specialized hardware or software is required. All you need is a computer, PDA or cellphone with an Internet connection.  Mobile-2-Mobile transactions also available.

How do I set-up an e-Account?
NO Open Enrollment. You must register through an approved Faith-based organization.

How do I add funds into my e-Account?
You can load/transfer funds to your e-Account by linking it to your checking account and/or credit/debit cards.  Also any active network user can transfer funds into your e-Account.

How do I off-load funds from my e-Account?
You can off-load funds from your e-Account by transferring the money back to your bank-issued debit card or checking account; or your e-Account Prepaid Visa or MasterCard. Call 1-800-772-ePAY for details.

Can I transfer funds to another e-Account?
Yes. You can transfer funds to any active e-Account within the SpiritPay Networks.

How long does it take for a payment/transfer to show up in an e-Account?
All e-Account payments and transfers are delivered in real-time (seconds) and received immediately as cash!

How can I get a Prepaid Visa or MasterCard?
You can order your Prepaid MasterCard or Visa card when you enroll in the network.

Can I process my international and domestic payroll via SpiritPay?
Yes.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. In fact, all transactions are processed at a fraction of the cost of traditional payment services.  Contact your FBO for details.

Are there any minimum or maximum transaction dollar amounts?
Yes.  The minimum transfer amount is $20.00. Maximums vary per qualified FBO.

Are there any charge-backs?
No. All transactions are processed as cash.  Refunds must be processed directly by the registered FBO or Vendor.
